Head butcher wanted in Laurens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Laurens County, South Carolina. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
