Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Watonwan County, Minnesota. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
