Powder coater wanted in Wabash County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Wabash County, Illinois. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
