Skimming plasterer wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Franklin County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Day-to-day duties: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
