Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
