Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Current medical and eyesight certificate Your main tasks: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
