Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
