Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
