Staff shuttle driver — Matanuska-Susitna Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a staff shuttle driver in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. You will work at a school transport service. What we are looking for: • Valid commercial/PSV driving licence (LMV/HMV as required) • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions • Able to pass a medical and eyesight test Day to day you will follow fixed pick-up and drop-off routes to a set timetable; help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely; make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off; carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors; check the first-aid kit and fire extinguisher on board. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
