You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
