Line cook wanted in Red Willow County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Red Willow County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Part-time with flexible hours.
