Tandoor cook wanted in Knox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Knox County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
