Now hiring: we are hiring a production line helper in Milam County, Texas. You will work on a production line. The role involves clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. Requirements: • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Rotating shifts.
