We are recruiting: toolroom milling operator (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
