Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Fort Bend County, Texas. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
