Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
