Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Letcher County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
