Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Union County, Kentucky. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 3+ years on the tools preferred.
