Tailor machinist — Fakai

Now hiring: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Fakai, Kebbi State. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Your main tasks: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
