Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness You will read lift plans and method statements before starting; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio.
