Elevator repair technician — Randolph County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Randolph County, Illinois. You will work on a lift modernisation project. Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
