Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦145,000 per month, based on your experience.
