Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
