Urgent requirement: hydraulic crane operator (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Hartley County, Texas. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
