Retail butcher — La Salle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in La Salle County, Texas. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
