Urgent requirement: fry cook (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Steuben County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
