You will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
