Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Hansford County, Texas. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
