Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Salt Lake County, Utah. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
