Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day-to-day duties: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer 3+ years on the tools preferred.
