Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in South Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness £3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
