Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Day to day you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
