Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
