Join our team: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. You will work in a factory paint shop. You will measure up and work out paint and material quantities; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; sand and fill walls before applying primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Full-time with occasional weekends.
