Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Custer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Custer County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Your main tasks: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
