Hand presser wanted in Chicot County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hand presser in Chicot County, Arkansas. The job is in a garment export house. On the job you will handle: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Meals and transport allowance provided.
