Powder spray gun operator • Pettis County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Pettis County, Missouri. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
