Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
