We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Gibson County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
