Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Hot Springs County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Hot Springs County, Wyoming. Day-to-day duties: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Rotating shifts.
