Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Rotating shifts.
