Immediate opening: we are hiring a mason's helper in City of Covington, Virginia. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. You will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
