Urgent requirement: conventional mill operator (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Ralls County, Missouri. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
