Injection moulding machine operator wanted in Ontario County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Ontario County, New York. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety The role involves: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
