Glazing assistant wanted in North Tyneside

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glazing assistant in North Tyneside, England. You should have: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred Day to day you will glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer £2,450 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
