What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
