You should have: • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios • Able to stand, bend and lift through long shifts Day to day you will report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; carry out turndown service in the evening; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room.
