Crane rigger wanted in Buchanan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Buchanan County, Iowa. The job is at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
