Bricklayer wanted in City of Falls Church

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in City of Falls Church, Virginia. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. On the job you will handle: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses You should have: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
