Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Carroll County, New Hampshire. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar 2+ years on the tools preferred.
